How do I track my order?

Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?

No. Promotion and discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.


What do I do if I have missing items in my order?

Are there any exchange rates?

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
If your card is based in another currency, your bank or card issuer will calculate the exchange rate based on the date they process the transaction.


How do I change or cancel my order?

. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion, even after confirmation.

. If your card has been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

. Important: Any cancellation is subject to a 30% cancellation fee due to processing costs, regardless of the time of cancellation.

. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once your order has been processed or shipped, your shipping address cannot be changed.
